You can be active without trippy Gadgets and ski pass for the gym. You don't have to be an athlete. Surprised? Let me tell you a few ideas. If you have been rather minimalist so far, don’t try to do a lot of things immediately, because you can have aches and pains. You should increase your daily activities step by step, day by day. Ask your friends to practise with you.
